After appearing on ABC’s Shark Tank and securing a deal with Guest Shark, Kendra Scott, Founder Dr. Anika Hilderbrand needed help finalizing the deal.

DE negotiated the deal with Kendra Scott’s counsel. Afterwards we were added to the OpulenceMD Beauty team and subsequently streamlined the risk management and review process by crafting legal templates and shortening the timeline for review.
